Mitre 10 and Noel Leeming

Siteworx Northland completed the multiple stages of earthworks and civil construction for the Waipapa commercial subdivision.

The retail development started with the north side section in 2008, now the Noel Leeming area.

Then proceeded with the expansion of the car park and site preparation for the Mitre 10 in 2018.

Both projects required erosion and sediment control, earthworks cut to waste, installation of drainage systems, import of aggregate, and all elements of road construction.

Also included were the curb and channel work, chip seal car park, service trenching, and footpaths.

The Mitre 10 included supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of a new Oasis Wastewater Treatment System.
