Siteworx Northland is proud to highlight our significant contribution to one of Kerikeri’s more notable commercial developments. Completed between 2010 and 2011, this project highlights our expertise in delivering comprehensive civil construction solutions.

Our scope of work encompassed all essential earthworks and site preparations, laying a robust foundation for the supermarket. Key components of our extensive efforts included:

• Retaining Walls: We expertly constructed timber pole, block, and timber crib retaining walls to ensure stability and enhance the site’s landscaping.
• Drainage Systems: Our team implemented complete drainage solutions for sewer, stormwater, and water supply, ensuring effective water management and compliance with local regulations.
• Car Park Construction: Supply and compaction of metal, installation of kerbs and channels, preparation and asphalt surfacing, followed by line marking for traffic flow.
• Entrances and Footpaths: Supply and compaction of metal, preparation, and concrete for entrances and footpaths ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
