Siteworx Northland completed a commercial subdivision in 2019 for an extension of an industrial building. Work carried out included demolition of existing concrete and environmentally friendly disposal. Bulk earthworks of cut to waste. Import granular fill, spread, and compact. Installation of precast wing walls. Construction and the creation of sewer, storm water, and water reticulation. Installation and connection of drainage, piping, reinforced concrete pipes, cesspits, and manholes. Erosion and sediment control measures were in effect throughout the project.

 

Four Square

Siteworx Northland finished all the earthworks and civil construction, including hard landscaping, for the Four Square and Gull commercial site. The team excavated site access, managed sediment control, and carried out bulk earthworks of cut to waste. Also installed drainage systems for sewer, stormwater, and water, and set up an Oasis wastewater treatment system. Additionally, completed all site preparation for building construction, including the concrete pad, and delivered the concrete car park, curbing, pavements, and site entrance connecting to a main road. The final touches of the project included hard and soft landscaping features such as creating the car park barriers, building planter boxes, leveling topsoil and planting up the garden areas, and installing garden fences.

 

Rangitane River Park Subdivision

Siteworx Northland completed all the earthworks and civil construction for the Rangitane River Park Subdivision. During Stages 1 and 2 of the development, the dedicated team excavated site access, land clearance, sediment control, and bulk earthworks. Constructed all the roads, roundabouts, curbs, footpaths, and some of the driveways. Additionally, Siteworx Northland supplied and installed all drainage pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, and manholes for the sewer and stormwater systems.

 

 

Arvida Te Puna Waiora

Siteworx Northland proudly provided a wide range of services for Arvida Te Puna Waiora Retirement Village. The development included 200 new villas, a wellness centre, and a clubhouse. The project began in 2019, and Siteworx Northland undertook site access, land clearance, sediment control, and bulk earthworks. Also constructed all the roads, curbs, footpaths, and driveways.

Siteworx Northland supplied, installed, and connected all the necessary drainage systems for the village, including manholes, sewer, stormwater, water pipes, and ecoflow pump chambers that connect to the town supply.

Additionally, we carried out house site preparation and installed power, phone, and water services. Also completed the hard landscaping of garden retaining keystone walls, topsoil, and construction of the village water fountain.

 

 

Noel Leeming & Mitre 10

Siteworx Northland completed the multiple stages of earthworks and civil construction for the Waipapa commercial subdivision. The retail development started with the north side section in 2008, now the Noel Leeming area. Then proceeded with the expansion of the car park and site preparation for the Mitre 10 in 2018. Both projects required erosion and sediment control, earthworks cut to waste, installation of drainage systems, import of aggregate, and all elements of road construction. Also included were the curb and channel work, chip seal car park, service trenching, and footpaths. The Mitre 10 included supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of a new Oasis Wastewater Treatment System.
